Shipping
Most shipments will be carried out through Australia Post. Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order depending on which country you live in. If ordering outside of Australia, additional delivery charges may apply, if this is the case you will be contacted.
At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Orders can take up to a maximum of 14 days for delivery although we always endevour to get it to you quicker if possible.
We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers. In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place. We will do our utmost to investigate any of the above unfortunate events.
REFUNDS
Absolutely Fabulous Hair will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased. Goods will need to be returned within 14 days of purchase. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

Absolutely Fabulous Hair will refund using the same method that payment was made.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.
